Richard Piendak, President

Mr. Piendak is a Delaware native, who still resides in the area and remains active in the daily operations of Richards Paving. Mr. Piendak enjoys direct interaction with his customers and employees. He is often found meeting with customers in the evening or on weekends to help them understand how to complete an asphalt or concrete job.

Mr. Piendak devotes much of his spare time volunteering for worthwhile causes. He volunteers as a self-defense instructor at the Delaware State Police Academy, and he actively supports and volunteers for the Delaware Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
